Thought I'd add an idea for a mildly healthy snack.
When I was little my grandmother would take graham crackers and spread yogurt on them and them stack another graham on top. (like a little yogurt and graham sandwhich). She would freeze these, and then we'd have a nice little frozen sandwhich to eat. We loved them. I was wondering if anyone thinks this could be done with home-made yogurt or keifer?
Also, Does anyone kind of know how to make homemade graham crackers? It would be neat-o to make my own.

I'm still looking for the recipe ,but while you are waiting, I had a thought. How about making your own fresh whipped cream, from whipping cream, and then spreading that on the graham crackers and freezing it. That would be like an ice cream sandwich.
