I have had a lot of problems digestively... right now I'm trying to stay regular by focusing on getting more fiber and water,. It's helping, but my question is, should this make me really super tired? I'm asleep before 10 up at 7:30, and NEED a nap in the middle of the day. Tynes

Tynes, The fiber should not be making you tired. Hmm. How stressful is your lifestyle? What ages are your children? What are your fiber sources? Tina

I have fiber one for breakfast, and carrots, apples, grapes, celery, multi whole grain bread, raisins, and peas... Owen is two. I would say my life isn't very stressful, and i excercise at least 3 times a week.
