I went to Wild Oats to get some Virgin Coconut Oil, isn't that supposed to be the nonprocessed kind, the kind that still has a coconut flavor? I think it is and so i payed 14.95 for 16 oz. They had expellar pressed, same amount, for 7.95. I pay for it, i open it up in the car and i had read somewhere that some people melt a bit on their tongue throughout the day. That was what i was gonna do, thinking it would taste coconutty....i couldn't smell anything, didn't really taste anything. i was bummed! The package said Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (don't have the jar in front of me, can't remember the brand) BUT!!! then i see where this has been expellar pressed I was so disappointed, i wanted the kind that wasn't. so basicaly i paid double for the same exact product. (i wonder if i can take it back, still have reciept?prolly not) I know i need to order it through T.T., but i wanted to just buy one thing to see if i would really eat it raw like that or in a smoothie/milk shake type thing since i now have a blender. I have used this other kind, the expellar pressed kind, before and i liked it, but i wanted the nonprocessed kind. What does it need to say? I thought it just needed to be Virgin???

It should only have to say extra virgin coconut oil. I don't know why it was expeller pressed. Hmm. Did it smell coconutty. I also want to tell you not to expect the virgin oil to taste delicious. I can't just put it on my tongue. eew
