I got my cookbook back. Here is a cheddar cheese sauce recipe for your CCC.
1 cup milk 1/2 cup CCC 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 t sea salt 1/4 t fresh ground black pepper
1. combine milk and ccc in saucepan
2. Heat to 180 degrees(just until bubbles appear around edge) Don't boil
3. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Creamed corn
2 cups chicken stock 1 cup ccc 10 oz frozen corn or fresh 1/4 t salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Combine chicken stock and ccc in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium -high heat.
Add corn kernals. Stir and return to boil. Then reduce heat to simmer. cook 3-5 minutes or follow package directions.
2.8 T per serving of coconut oil

there are lots of recipes for creamed veggies. Creamed mixed veggies, potatos,peas and onions, peas and carrots. Money wise , you will do better buying the coconut oil eventually. I have lots of soup recipes that use the coconut oil .I'm still looking for the ccc recipes. I'll keep posting ones that look good. You can buy the book from Tropical Traditions. It called Virgin Coconut Oil.

they look yummy..thanks! esp the cheddar cheese sauce.
i have yet to make the cookies. i had to make different cookies for a kindergarten graduation, then icing for a cake that i have to make and decorate tomorrow.
