Ok here's a quick overview:
For the last 2 weeks, stress has been high. I have been working too much (fired a server). Money is tight (were not starving, just tight time of the month) I am not able to attend to the things I want......like I want.....like my garden or scrapbook or get my kitchen in 'order'. I have a mental list of 'things to do' and I cannot seem to get to any of them.
I 'feel' tired all the time. Like my insides are clogged. Like a dirty air filter in a car. Does that make sense? I am not sleeping well (which is nothing new but I am sleeping 'less well' hahahaha than usual)
What is going on?? How do I make it stop. I don't want to feel 'wore out'. This is gross.

It sounds like adrenal exhaustion to me. You can remedy that with a good Adrenal Support,.

Adrenal support is actually the adrenal gland of a cow dried and capsuled. You can do some online research on glandulars and learn a lot about how they help with thyroid, etc. They are not long term. , but are a wonderful support for the body during high stress times.

I am feeling much better.
I have been working too much, and I am not a spring chicken anymore. I have a very good feeling that when I start making my own flour, that is going to help de-tox me and put me on the mend!!
