My dh injured his back in Nov 05.
He was told it was a 'bulging disc'. He went thru PT and has exercises that he is supposed to do every day. He became lax, and now is once again, flat on his back.
*I* am firmly convinced that these episodes are brought on by stress. He has most of his discomfort when he sits at his desk at work.
What do you recommend? Thank you Laura

I read in Fells Know it All Guide to Health and Wellness that you can set the timing in your body to bring on pain, etc when you are stressed. You'd have to read the book to get the whole gist, but it's actually worth reading.
