Heartburn/Indigestion

Some nights after dinner I get either heartburn or indigestion - I got it the other night after munching on a crumpet with butter and golden syrup...hmm it was yum! I think the golden syrup upset something and I ended up taking 3 quick eze. That made me feel quite yuk - I presume it was the quick eze. Even the next morning I felt a bit "off" in my stomach.

I used to take losec prior to having my gall bladder out 4 months ago for indigestion. I wonder if there is something natural that I can take when I eat something wrong?

try a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (the pure kind made by Braggs) to see if it remedies the indigestion.

I found that if you use virgin pinenut oil extract works great!!
