I bought whole Rye at Wild Oats today, and would like to make a pumpernickel bread. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe? Thanks Laura

Here's one we use and enjoy very much. 1-1/2 cups hardwhite whol grain 1-1/2 cup rye grain 2 t salt 1-1/2 cups warm water 1/3 cup olive oil 4 T molasses (up to 1/4 cup for desired flavor) 2 t instant coffee 3 T unsweetened cocoa (up to 1/4 cup for desired flavor) 4 T cornmeal 1 T yeast 1/4 cup honey Zojirushi settings: preheat 5 min knead 20 min rise 1 - 45 min rise 2 - 25 min bake 45 min Hope you like it!
