Is there such a thing as a natural form of glucosamine/chondroitin blend. I am waiting to see my doctor, but I either tore my rotator cuff or pulled a muscle really bad in my shoulder . I have read that glucosamine/chondroitin blend would be good for inflammation and maybe warding off any potential for arthritis to the area . Does anyone know which would be the best brand for the least amount of money.? Also, in looking at whey protein supplementation, which brand would be best. Thanks for any info you can provide!! Kathy

Hi. Sorry it has taken so long to respond to this, but I needed to research the answer to it. So far, I have not found any natural forms of glucosamine. The only thing you could do is add more EFA's to lubricate the joint. I'm sure there is more, but I haven't found it yet. ETA~ When I used whey protein, I just read the labels and bought the one with the least amount of ingredients. I can't remember the brand but it was at the health food store.
