Hi, everyone. I'm new here - was referred by another member. I suffer from depression occasionally - not a lot, but it does really get me down at times. I have a terrible diet - everyone else gets looked after first and I just eat whatever. I'd like to get on track with diet as I'm sure it is part of the big issue here. Any suggestions to get started? Thanks for any info at all! Audrey

Can you describe your diet to us? What do you eat? Do you get any sunshine or fresh air? What is your schedule like? Do you wake up at the same time every night and look at the clock and go back to sleep? What time would that be?
If you would answer those questions, it will give me a starting point.
