my aunt is planning on having pics taken of the family. my grandfather has been pretty sick, so this may be the last family pics. the last time they had them done was when my now 9yo ws 3 months old. well i have some of that baby pouch to get rid of. my hips are rather hippy (5 inches larger than my waist...so its like im skinny then boom there are the hips..i look funny). i can pinch the skin on them so know they will go down more (hate it when people say "youve had 4 children they will never go down"...yes theywill...sure i may not ever be a size 0 again..but thats okay!). and then of course this pouch that is the worst thing in the world..i hate it. get rid of those and i will look way better in those pics!

I used to be a size 0 too...now I'd be EXSTATIC with an 8 (actually to be truthful...I'd be happy to wear anything that my belly didn't stretch so tight it was practically indecent , oh well just another month or so.) So what's the plan? How's your blood sugar going? I'll have to live vicariously through you for a few months but I'm following you around praying for you...don't be scared...it's just nice to be on two boards together!

umm ya..i need to actually get up and do something lol. i need to treadmill at least 4 times a week..1 mile at least. i already walk one mile to pick up children from school (the neighbor is taking htem in the morning, but im going to change that here since its nice out). i also need to do my ab workout 5 times a week, and then i need to do aerobics and bands at least 3 times a week...do you want my phone #? lol.

dulcie...oh DULCIE... Have you done that incredible work out yet? The one that makes me wish I actually could find ab muscles to work out...oh wait here they are sitting on my knees... LOVELY! It is 6:45 am...UP UP UP!

hehee i did do my workout! i made dh kick me out of bed when he got up (and thats a chore in itself...getting me out of my nice warm bed!). ab workout has been done along with my strength workout. yippee me! now i need to get in the shower lol
