Well today is the big day! Initial Weigh in.
I am 127.5
What is your exercise plan? I walk one hour three days per week.
Don't forget to read your Bible , pray, encourage someone, keep a food log, and exercise today.
I'll add more later. I have to get to work.

Well, I didn't follow it at all today. We went to McDonalds for lunch and Bennigan's for dinner. It was a rough day at work....and when I had the twinge of guilt, I brushed it off mentally saying that I'm not fat and one more day won't hurt. I did do the Bible study..., tomorrow's another day. Confession is good. I'm too honest to get on here and lie . The Bible study has been making me think all day...even though it's simple...the questions have been engraved into my spirit. I can say that my answers are different now, then they were when I typed them out this afternoon. It's funny how a few hours will get more truth ...

I just found out that you both had decided to start today. I don't have my book yet. Where did you get the 1st chapter as a free download? I don't think I can jump in until next week because I want to have all the info.

that's okay Chris because really you spend the first two weeks learning the eating plan. So. you have time to order your book while you are practicing the eating plan.

Angie, That's the hardest part. Eating out. When you get your member guide , you will see that there is a fast food section. For the first month, I made a committment to myself and to God not to eat out. I really behaved myself and I lost a lot of weight that way. I'm going to start a thread on First Place free foods because I think it will be helpful for you to have things that you can munch on during work that are free. We all have bad days, but just make a commitment to do better.

weight: 210 exercise: walk 3x a week (30 min to start) strength training 3x a week ordered book today from amazon, found the online wk.1 text I know that this is the missing piece to successful weight loss/ lifestyle change. I'm excited and like this accountability.
