I will add to this later today because my books are at work.
There are several things that are FREE on First Place that will be helpful when you have gotten all of your calories but are still hungry.
My favorite is all fruit spread. One tablespoon of this is free.I use it on a slice of bread and just count it as one bread. It satisfies that need for something sweet.
A lot of veggies are free (raw ones). Some of them off of the top of my head are zucchini and lettuce. I will type more of them out this morning.
