My doctor has told me to take 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar in water three times a day. I was just wondering how this is supposed to help with one's health.

Can you share a little more about why the doctor told you to take the ACV? It is good for so many things and I will post a list, but if you can be more specific, I can go into more detail about why he told you to take it. By the way , in my opinion, it's great stuff!

I've got a lot of things going on, but he didn't tell me to take this until he said my cholesterol was too low. Does it benefit the liver somehow?
