Hannah turned two months yesterday. She has reflux. At first it was bad. I got rid of dairy and that took care of it 95%. I also have overactive letdown and we are working on that. But she is still having reflux and isn't very happy. She's gaining fine.
Is there anything natural I could give her that might help? We don't want to get her put on meds but will if we can't handle this naturally.

I've read suggestions to give cold liquid calcium to babies for reflux. Kind of like pepto bismol or mylanta. The cool soothing helps. Anyone have any comments about this? Anyone have a favorite liquid calcium supplement? How much would be a safe dose for a 2mo baby?

I don't have much to offer you in the way of food advice, but can just tell you what we did with our dd when she had reflux.
The doctor put her on Zantac and Reglan (looking back, I wish we didn't have to do that) and she slept on a wedge for about five months so her head could be higher than the rest of her body when she slept.
You could look into having her sleep this way and that may help. We had a huge wedge that was given to us at the hospital. There was a little papoose-type seat on it and she was held onto the wedge by it.
