Back round:
My youngest child, age 12.5, has had a patch on her foot. It's scaly, it peels, it itches, it turns red, it blisters, it breaks open and bleeds, it heals (minimally) and the process starts all over. It is on her heel, her thumb (and has taken over 1/2 her thumbnail) her index finger next to her thumb, and on her pinky finger on her other hand.
Yesterday, she discovered 2 dry spots on her other foot, and 2 more dry spots on her foot that has the heel issues.
It is not fungus. We have tested for it 5 different times. She was on antibiotics for 14 straight days. She has had SIX different tropicals. Some for fungus, some for who knows what, one for jock itch, one with cortisone, one without.
Ok, I am sick of giving the child medicine. They are not working. The dermatologist 3 weeks ago said eczema. This visit he said something different. When I asked him if there was something causing this "like vitamin or mineral deficiency" he was quick to say "We don't know what causes it, but it's nothing that can be fixed with diet". That screams: I am the educated doctor, don't question me. That could just be me though.
I am seeking books, websites, magazines, information that helps me to determine WHAT is the problem with my daughters skin and HOW to fix it naturally. I know God, my Almighty Creator knew from the beginning that this kind of stuff would happen. I have complete faith that He has a remedy out there in the form of a plant, a root, a drink, a something He has Created. All that He Created is Good. I know it's out there.........I just don't know where to find it.
Your help is deeply appreciated.
