What do you do with all that cheese to keep it good until you've had a chance to use it all?
Can you freeze cheese?
Do these Co-ops of the various kinds you are mentioning deliver to places all the way down here in Waco, Texas?
Questions, Questions, Questions!!!

The cheese can be grated and frozen for things like pizza or cooking with. It's not very good to eat uncooked after it's been frozen. Morning Land Dairy will most definitely deliver to your area. So will Frontier.

Just curious - why do you buy cheese from Morning Land Dairy rather than Ozark?
Is the selection better? Or the cheese better?
Is the cheese from Ozark raw milk cheese? It's hard to tell from the catalog.
Can you give me the web address for Morning Land? Is there a minimum order required?
Thanks!
Paula

Hi Paula, Some cheeses from Ozark are raw. Most are not. I don't know brands off of the top of my head. Morning Land has really good, creamy tasting cheese. That's why I order from them. Not to mention that I think that their prices are really good. There is no web site and from talking to them, it seems like a very simple operation. I'll look up their phone number and post it here if someone else doesn't beat me to it. There is also no minimum order.

I would love to have their phone number! Do they have a catalog I could ask them to send me?
Thank you!
