...I am so aggravated!! I am giant with child, getting ready for baby, doing a million projects... tired.....you get the picutre. Yesterday I am grocery shopping because we MUST eat. I heave myself around the store..with two toddlers... Finish, get out to the durango...heave all the grocery bags into the back...buckle the kids in and as a precaution..grab the bag of eggs to stash on the passenger floor. (so they won't roll around and crack). So..of course...I dropped them on the parking lot!!!! Ugh!!!! They wre brown organic eggs...I couldn't go in at that moment and change them out... Two of them were busted....(threw those away ).another three or four had hairline cracks with nothing ooooozing out. Would Ya'll eat those four? I rinsed and set them in a seperate bowl. Should I just throw them out?

oh you poor thing!!! i can hear your frustration If you were to use those eggs, i would go home immediately and cook them, feed the kiddos a fried egg sandwich or something. I wouldn't let them sit in the fridge with the crack, but that's just me. those organic eggs are expensive, so i would just cook'em up and eat 'em sometime today. i have done the same thing!!! right after telling my kiddos to be careful not to break the eggs!!!!

I agree with Sam. Use them in something today.

Thank you! My post was quite a ranting one wasn't it!? LOL Sorry about that. Well, We'll have fried egg sandwhiches tonight. That'll be easy and simple anyway. Can't wait to have my body back to myself and my sweet baby in a bouncer very near me. LOL IN me is getting quite cumbersome. Well, enough complaining...off to cook... Kirstin
