I know this has been covered somewhere here before but I cannot find it.
I am making some cookies. Btu I don't have the brown sugar it calls for. How can I make up for that. The sugar I have today on hand is some raw Cane Sugar. Can i add honey or molasses or something to make "brown Sugar"...

I have heard that you can add molasses to it, but I'm not sure how much. Sorry, I know that wasn't much help
