These crackers are fabulous! I love to eat them with zucchini hummus. MMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walnut Hemp Crackers
5 cups walnuts, soaked 1 hour or more
5 cups diced zucchini
¾ cup golden flaxseed, finely ground (about 1 cup ground)
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup filtered water
1 tablespoon sea salt
Herbamare to sprinkle on crackers
In food processor, add the walnuts and grind to a fine texture (but not until pasty). Place nuts in a large bowl. Process the zucchini and grind until smooth. Add zucchini to walnuts as well as other ingredients except for Herbamare. Add water as necessary until sticky dough like muffin batter forms. Spread thinly onto teflex sheets for 6-8 hours and then flip on to mesh dehydrator trays and dehydrate until nice and crispy.
