This is a recipe Tina posted a long time ago with my input added in italics. It is one of my favorites. Sometimes I just can't stop eating it. Experiment with it and find out what you like. Kristi APPLE BEET SALAD one pound of beets , peeled and shredded- I use one bunchone large granny smith apple peeled , cored and shredded- I have used many other kinds of apples and this turns out just as delish1 tsp raw , grated ginger- I have made it with or or without depending what I have on hand3 tablespoons of balsamic or red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil I love to sprinkle this with curry powder.
