I was interested in getting some of the organic yellow corn for making cornmeal (I assume that's what you use it for, right). I really don't want to get a 6 gal. bucket and was wondering if anyone else would be interested in sharing an order. Please let me know asap as we will need to let Tina know since order is due tonight. thanks His, Chris

If no one wants to share with you, I can sell you some of mine.

ahh, music to my ears. When I was in KY last month, I had some hoe cakes and they were wonderful. I never liked corn bread or corn muffins but I loved these. I found a recipe that I want to try. I bought some already ground cornmeal at the health food store. They didn't carry corn for grinding. That is the kind of corn I would grind, correct? Thanks Chris

You can grind dent corn or popcorn. I do both. I actually have tons of popcorn if you would like to try some of it, I'll bring you some tomorrow. I'll bring you some of both to try and you can decide what you would rather have. It only takes 3/4 cups to make a recipe
