What is the difference between these two sugars - sucanat and turbinado? In my Ozark Co-op catalog, the turbinado is less expensive. I did an online search, and it seems that they are very similar, just processed differently.
I'm trying...I'm trying...sugar is my weakness.

ALSO, another question, how does the taste compare to white sugar? Would it be something we'd have to really get used to? I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of molasses.

sucanat is the least processed and has all of the vitamins and minerals left in it. Sucanat with honey taste very much like white sugar. You can only order that one from Breadbeckers though.
