i stopped taking the herbal pills i have been taking..gained 4 lbs sigh. last night i noticed my clothes were slightly tight..so stepped on teh scales this morning..im sitting at 154.5...8 weeks ago i was 155. so here i have been eating 1200 calories, stayign within the guidelines and havent technically lost anything! not to mention my sugars are so out of whack..whts the point? i see the dr on monday, so hopefully i can get some answers. but nothing at this point is working..i mean i lost a bit of weight..but only a few lbs, and those i put right back on. im doing the CCC but thats not working either. ive been getting in 2-3 tsp a day. my stomach is back to being upset all the time (i had a few weeks that it wasnt at all, not sure what changed). i just dont know what to do anymore.
