okay i dont like the low #s though..but hey..better than high! i decided to try oprahs bootcamp, its basically..no white stuff. so today is day 3..and my #s are finally normal. my lowest was actually 84, that was saturday night (ive never had a low at the end of the day!). i had been doing a ton of yardwork that day too. but im going to continue doing this, and doing 3 servings of starches.. just whole grains and stuff. im feeling better too. more energy!
