Hi All, Where do I get dough enhancer and what is it? Also I picked up a recipe book from the library called "The What Would Jesus Eat Cook Book". It has some great recipe's in it. There is very little recipe books in our Hudson, NPR, libraries in reference to "organic or natural cooking:) Thank you for the information on Milling Machines, I've made homemade bread but not milling my own grains and am very new at all the different grains that I can mill and make bread with. This message board is a big blessing and I want to Thank you Tina for what you have done. Cyndee

You're welcome Cyndee. You can get dough enhancer at the Kitchen Store near the Beanery in Golden Acres or you can order it through Breadbeckers. It just makes the dough fluffier and it makes it hold together better.
That book sounds cool.
