I'm talking on intimacy issues in Women's ministry. What are some things that are proven to help with PMS, dryness, menopause etc ? I'm going to research as well and will post what I find.

We can talk frankly but please use abbreviations for any words that could be found on internet searches by strange people.
We don't want to attract the wrong people .

Look into natural progesterone cream. It has many uses and I'm pretty sure this is one of them.

I have found some really interesting ways to deal with women's issues as related to intimacy and every day life.I will share them all here as soon as I finish my talk next Tuesday in Women's . It is very encouraging that we actually have some very natural remedies to some of our situations.

For those of you that did not make the talk yesterday, you missed something wonderful. Jenni shared so honestly and openly about what God says about intimacy and what is considered "naughty and nice". It was refreshing, sometimes embarrassing and just downright informative. If you can get the CD, I highly reccomend it. The church will mail it to you if you are out of state. This is a two part series, so wait until after next week to order it.
