Hi --
My parents have a peach tree and we're getting LOTS of wonderful peaches this year!
I'm wanting to freeze some and wonder how you all keep your peaches from turning brown. Should I use Fruit Fresh (the ingredients say it's dextrose, among a couple of other things), or would lemon juice work or what?

I use any kind of fruit juice. You just kind of shake them in it. I cut apples up for the kids and shake them in a little pineapple juice and they don't turn brown for a week,
