We have 3 kids, ages 15 / 14 / 11.
I really 'want' a book shelf...but I am afraid it's not in the budget right now, and I don't have the time on the weekends to yard sale!
Do you have any suggestions on how to keep their books organized without a book shelf?

When I was homeschooling my daughter at those ages, she liked keeping her books in a plastic bin on the floor next to her bed. That worked! Marcia

I JUST bought a plastic dresser with three drawers for my school age children. It was uner $20. They each get one drawer for their school stuff. There is more than enough room. We had been doing the book shelf thing and I found that everything just kept falling off. So far, I like this much better.

Hi, Have you tried freecycle in your area and asked for a bookcase? Check freecycle out on www.freecycle.orgI imagine you would be able to find one pretty easily. HTH His, Chris
