This one is large. It makes three loaves
In mixing bowl, add
4 cups warm water 3 T yeast 4 cups hard white wheat 4T dough enhancer , gluten or lecithin 1/2 cup oil 2/3 cup honey
mix well and allow to rise(this willl be a soupy mixture, but it activates the yeast.)
To that mixture ,add 3t Salt 4 more cups hard white 3 cups soft white (add until dough is shiny and elastic)
Allow to rise until double.

I try to make my own bread whenever I have time, I also love to grind my own grain too! A book that I am learning from and love is The Laurel's Kitchen Bread Book by Laurel Robertson. I am interested in making bread with NO white flour, just all whole grains and this book teaches you how. I've made a loaf and it was extrodinary (and that was only my first try, using the 'loaf for learning' recipe) so you know the recipes gotta be good. Happy bread making! Blessings

I have used Tina's recipe and the bread is yummy. Even for first timers!
