sorry for all the questions!
Is this safe for a baby? I know they say don't feed honey to babies under a year, but if it is raw, should I wait longer before giving it to them? How about if I bake with it?
Also, if it says "unprocessed" does that mean "raw?" It is think and not liquidy.
One more thing...what is a good price for raw honey. I found a cool store, but have no prices to figure out what is a reasonable price.

right, you don't want to feed raw honey to children under one. Cooking with it is fine. What type of honey are you looking at . The prices will differ on the type of honey.

that price doesn't sound too bad Tara, but you will go through a pint very quickly. We buy it in the gallons here. Do you have acces to gallons of honey. I pay between $35-40 for a gallon of Sage honey. It's one of the most expensive, but I really like the mild flavor of it.

They did sell it in larger quantities. If i remember correctly, the gallon size came in milk jug containers. since raw honey is not real liguidy, I didn't know how easy that would be to get out. how does your honey come? In a tub? thanks for all your help!

I thought I'd jump in here and answer you on this one. The honey we get is in the gallon milk jug containers and it comes out nicely.
