I made my first batch of whey, and am using it to ferment some ginger carrots and some gingerale. Can't wait to try these!! I used the Dannon yogurt to get the whey. I tried Braums the first time, and it didn't work. It listed gelatin in the ingredients, so maybe that's the reason it didn't work. Anyway, the Dannon worked really great. I'm also going to get some whey from my homemade yogurt I just made. I have had a very busy day in the kitchen today! ;D
