Questions on How to Store Bulk Grain

I will be receiving my first bulk grain order today!!
50lb of hard white
50lb of soft white
25lb of oats.

Um, how do I store them? I thought of a 'trash pail' but isn't that plastic bad??

Nerr. I should have asked this question sooner!!

I store mine in 6 gallon (food grade) pails with gamma seal lids to keep the bugs out. Bugs love grain.
