This is called lemon egg and is much more easily assimilated by the body than store bought supplements
Very carefully fill a wide mouth jar with whole, clean , uncooked uncracked eggs . cover the eggs with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Concentrated lemon juice is not a substitute - it has been pasteurized. Cover jar loosely and place in refrigerator. A few times during the day , gently agitate(very gently) the liquid in the jar. As the calcium from the shells is leached by the lemon juice, bubbles will appear around the eggs.
After approximately 48 hours , when the bubbling has stopped, carefully remove the eggs from the jar. Be sure not to break the egg membrane.
Replace the lid tightly on the jar and shake the mixture. Voila! Lemon egg.
*Note- you can use these eggs as normal. If you leave them for more than 48 hours, they will begin to taste like lemons.
Take 1/2 tsp daily for 30 days. Any more than that will cause leg cramps which is a sign of too much or too little calcium.

Very cool Tina! Would there be a daily dosage amt. for this after the 1/2 tsp. 30 days? If not, when would you repeat the 30 day regimen? His, Chris

This is a 30 day regimen just to replace depleted calcium. If you follow the 25% acid and 75% alkaline food regimen, you will not have a need to supplement. If you felt that for some reason you needed to continue to supplement, I would do one month on , one month off. What you don't want to do is build gall or kidney stones by over supplementing.

Tina, i might be able to actually do this one!! I am NOT a pill taker, i hate milk and but i do like cheese. i know i am lacking in the calcium department and i think i might be able to do this one.
so, for my question. Approximately how many lemons will it take to cover, say a pint jar full of eggs?

lol Sam :)I'm not sure! I'm going to make a smaller jar of it this week, so I'll count . I think it depends on how juicy the lemon is
