Tina, you've talked about vinegar/water before - 1 teaspoon a day in water - and you mentioned that you weren't sure that it works as well with Type O blood. Well, I'm Type O. I've done the vinegar/water thing before (except I like it with a teaspoon of honey, too) and I'm not so sure it helped as far as energy, etc. goes. Do you think it's due to me having Type O blood?
I'm wondering if it would help with the alkaline/acid balance. My sister is diabetic and has done quite a bit of research with the alkaline/acid stuff, but she doesn't do the vinegar.
I know I need to try harder to get my body in balance. I've done the strips before and I'm not well. ;D I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables and I'm sure we eat too much beef and sugar.
Anyway, just wondering about some things today.
Thank you, Tina!

Paula, I'm not sure why it didn't work well for you. I will say that I do it three times per day and take more than a teaspoon. I just pour it in my water. It should help you become more alkaline. Have you looked into the green food supplements? They would be helpful to someone that just can't seem to make themselves eat more fruits and veggies. Also, liquid chlorophyll in your water would help. It has a nice minty taste.

Thanks, Tina. My sis takes the green supplements. I think they're a bit too pricey for my budget at the moment, but they're helpful for her. She's diabetic and has a very hard time regulating things.
I may try the vinegar again and see what happens. I don't remember if you've mentioned this before, but don't I need to use the vinegar with the "mother" in it? I was using that before, but I need to go get some more. I don't have any of that kind here at home.
Thank you, Tina!!
