We've been making some of the lacto fermented veggies from Nourishing Traditions. The family loves them. I have been serving them at least once a day but I have been limiting the amount they can have, mainly because of the salt.
I do use whey so I use less salt than I would without the whey. Is there a limit on how much they should eat or can this be free choice. My 7dd can go through a quart of kimchee a day if I let her.
It feels very funny to be telling your children you've had to many veggies, eat something else now.

I never read anything in NT about limiting the amount. Hmmm. I don't think you need to.
