I've been making coconut water kefir. I don't want to use store milk and don't have access to raw right now. I've been giving everyone just a small cup of it a day. But, with a family of seven even that is adding up. Right now we're building up the colonies of bacteria. After we've been on it for a while will our bacteria be built up enough that we can take smaller amounts of kefir and still do as good. Also, does anyone know where to get coconut water cheaper. Mainly the shipping is what is costing so much. I'm getting it from Wilderness Family Naturals and it cost $17 a case shipping. I can't find it local. Melinda
