I just read about an all natural liver cleanse this morning using epsom salts. I can post more about that. It will only take one day of his time instead of stretching it out.

I was finally able to purchase the niacin and adrenal support tonight. I'll let you know if he feels a difference....

He's been working outside all morning, without complaints...so I'd say that something is helping him! He did a bit of research on the niacin and from what he read he doesn't seem to safe to take for males. He read a few things that stated too much of it could cause liver damage. I know that they were physician geared sites, I don't know which ones. Actually, to tell you the truth...I'm not sure if he's taken it since he read that too much was harmful. I bought the Michaels Adrenal, he uses another product for digestion from them and has good success with it.

Niacin is okay for males if they don't overdose on it , but if he has a check about taking it, then it might be better if he doesn't.
Is he taking the adrenal support?
It's great that he's in better spirits. This is a HOT day to be outside working!

Yes, he's taking the Michael's Adrenal Support. He worked outside all day yesterday. The lawn was mowed, the garage cleaned out, baby items stored in the attic, and both vehicles cleaned inside and out. It seems to be helping him stay on task and motivated. Not like a caffeine buzz...just consistent in his work. I took some yesterday afternoon and didn't have my afternoon slump. I was able to put a full day into the house and go grocery shopping last night without being exhausted.

I absolutely LOVE my adrenal support too. It seems to keep me on an even keel and the extra B's in it help with the energy. Glad you guys are feeling better!

i havent read all the replies yet..dont have time right now, but in reading your description of your dh..he sounds just like me, except i have low iron levels. what i have found that helps my stomach is definitely nothing with sugar or white flour. i can handle a bit of whole wheat but not a lot. honestly though..if dh told me that i cant eat any of those, i would rebel and eat everything and anything that made my stomach hurt! it takes me alone to control that. and yes, as much as they make me sick, i still indulge once in awhile. i do find that prilosec really helps with the stomach though. detox does suck..it is sooo hard! you want those sugars that make you sick, and you dont care if you get sick. even though you know in the long run its best for you. to help with teh sugar cravings i found that magnesium helped and so does apple cider vinegar (i take the pills as i cant find organic). and when detoxing i feel like i have the flu.
