Cherise, I am going to begin purchasing these remedies. They are $10 per bottle and I need 38 of them to be able to mix remedies. A 20ml bottle lasts a long time because each remedy is only 2 drops, so as soon as I get my stock, you will be the first to get a remedy specifically for your boys personality.
Bach flower remedies do not cure ailments. They help with personality issues such as panic attacks, worry, depression, etc.

Tina, I had a midwife at my health food store recommend a remedy for me when I was dealing with post partum depression issues. I can't say that I think it really did much. Granted, I was a h u g e skeptic, so I was looking for some great proof that it was more than just some flower drops. I'm still not sure how it really works. I know there are others that swear by them, and have had noticable results.... but I didn't. I used "rescue remedy" and put 2-4 drops in some camomile tea or my morning juice a couple times a day. It was supposed to help me deal with feeling overwhelmed. I was still extremely overwhelmed. Honestly, I think just sitting down and making myself relax with a cup of tea did more for me than the drops, but it's hard to tell. I didn't do any controlled studies on myself. I was doing the Bach's remedy, plus vitamins and mega doses of omega 3's, but really didn't have any change. Then, I saw my doctor who put me on some natural homeopathic meds that made a H U G E difference. So - I can't really say that I had a noticable help with the Bach's on it's own. Shauna

For some reason - when I try to write the word h-u-g-e it is making a h-u-g emoticon and adding "e" at the end. I'm having trouble fixing it with the "modify" button, so I'm going to leave it for now.... sorry for the confusion! :0

I also used Bach Rescue Remedy (among many other things) when I was struggling with post partum depression. I credit the Lord with lifting the horrible depression from me just at the point when I was planning to go on medication because it was such a sudden and miraculous change. But I can't discount all the natural remedies I was taking as I'm sure they did help some. I still use Rescue Remedy on occassion during very tense and emotional days that I still sometimes have. I have also given it to DD when she has one of her out of control moments. I believe it helps, although subtly, to calm me during those times.

Shauna, One of the reasons that it may have not helped you is that Rescue Remedy is not for regular use. It is to be used when you are having a sudden emotional issue (death in the family , car accident etc). A good practitioner will mix a remedy specifically for your problems at the time.
I haven't seen it work for anyone yet, but I'm praying that it will help some of my clients.

I am very excited to see how it will help my boys! I use homeopathy on them now when we are "in crisis" and it really helps for in the moment. I can't wait to try it myself either.

That's a good possibility Tina... the midwife actually recommended the walnut oil 1st, but it was so expensive, and the "Rescue Remedy" was on sale, at about half the price - so I bought that one. She said that was her 2nd choice for me. Perhaps the walnut oil would have been better long term for regular use.
I should pull out my Rescue Remedy and use it on my really hard days. Dh has been unemployed since April 24, and he is the only wage-earner in the family, so I do feel like we've been in somewhat of a crisis lately... and yesterday was a particulary difficult day for me in dealing with it all. So - for days like that, the RR sounds like it would be good in calming my anxieties and worries?
