3 cups almonds 1/2 cup figs 1/2 cup medjool dates 1/4 tamari 1/4 cup organic maple syrup 2 cloves garlic pinch cayenne
Blend all ingredients except almonds in the Vita Mix. Drain and rinse the soaked almonds. Pour the blended mixture over the almonds and stir or work in with your hands until all of the almonds are covered with the mixture. Place on the teflex- lined dehydrator tray and dehydrate on 110 for approximately 48 hours or until the nuts are crunchy.
