1 cup ground flax seeds 1 cup walnuts ( soaked overnight) 2 garlic cloves- pressed 1/8 cup lemon juice 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt 1/4 cup sunflower seeds ( soaked overnight) 1/8 cup each black and white sesame seeds 1/4 cups water 1-2 tbs olive oil
rinse and drain walnuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Chop walnuts. Put everything in bowl and mix by hand.
Spread mixture on teflex sheets. Score into squares on teflex sheets. Dehdrate 10-12 hours and then flip crackers and remove sheet. Dehydrate until desired crispiness.
