I wanted to do it Friday, but forgot and had some chicken soup which is too high in fat to do the cleanse, so I plan to try it this Friday.

Hey there...just wanted to let you know I did the Hulcie Clark Liver cleanse over the weekend...it was GREAT...way better than the other cleanse that I've done simply because it's much faster, my other one took 3 days of fasting and almost a pint of olive oil...this one worked great with only 4 actual hours of fasting and 1/2 cup olive oil...every thing all included MIGHT have taken 24 hours...WAY better.
Thanks so much for telling me about curezone and more specifically about that cleanse. As far as how it worked...I probably got 150-200 pea sized gall stones over the course of the day and other than the fact that I "stupidly" had a frappochino last night on my freshly cleansed sensitive tummy...I feel great. I woke up happily on time this morning and everything.
YEAH!

Did you do the 'zapping' and 'parasite cleanse' first? It says that you could feel sick if you don't do this, but it sounds like you felt fine.

I did not do the zapping and parasite cleanse first when I did it, but I did do it after ward and then cleansed again and got even more stones and sludge out.

I did not do the zapping or parasite cleanse...I don't have a zapper and haven't read enough about it and the herbs involved in the parasite cleanse make me nervous because I'm nursing...I pretty sure that both wormwood and black walnut are not so good for the baby so I'll have to wait on that...
But the epsom salt, olive oil and grapefruit juice...with the short amount of time and the small amount of stuff and the fact that it is pretty much food stuffs that I already eat (okay, not epsom salt but the other stuff)meant that it didn't worry me at all. I have to say my energy is better. I think that I need to do it again though because I have kind of a hitch in my back that I didn't have before. It could just be freshly cleansed gall bladder healing stuff so I'm going to wait a few weeks, but if it doesn't resolve I'm going to do it again. One thing that I really liked about this clease was the time frame...and no it didn't hurt and I didn't feel sick...a little tired but not sick.
Although it should be said that this was the 3rd such cleanse that I've done within the last year and I have heard that the cleaner your liver/gall bladder is the less sick you get during the cleases themselves. With my first cleanse I felt pretty nasty, my second, other than throwing up the oil as it was going down (morning sickness), once I got it down I didn't feel as sick, and this one I probably could have done on a slow week day...I mean seriously I cleaned my bathroom...including scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees and same with the kitchen the day when all the stones were flushing (Don't think I'm freakish...I have family coming to stay on Friday so the stuff has to get done).
Anyway, assuming this hitch in my back resolves, I'm planning on doing this cleanse quarterly. It just makes sense to me especially given what I've read about the high percentage of gall stones in most people. Quick, easy, painless...and I still had enough energy to scrub the floor...you just can't beat that.

Tina- My husband has elevated liver enzymes and I don't really know the best way to treat the liver (other than removing alcohol). We would like to come see you when I return from Europe but can you suggest anything he could start on right away? Would Hulda's liver cleanse be appropriate?
Hope you are well. I look forward to seeing you! Robin F

I'd hold off on the liver cleanse. Start him on Burdock root which is a liver tonic and then I'll see you guys when you get back from Europe.
